We were here at 10am+ on a Wednesday. Ordered through the McDonald's app and food was delivered fairly quickly. This McDonald's is located between gates A3 and A4. We ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg set that includes Hash Brown and a small hot Americano. RM13.16 before tax. We also ordered a Filet-o-Fish set that includes a medium French Fries and a medium 100 Plus with no ice. RM15.33 before tax. The taste is OK, though the hash brown has a bit of the apple pie crust taste, not sure why. I took the Filet-o-Fish with me on to the flight, so at the point of writing this review I do not know how it tastes like. Prices are about 20% more expensive than McDonald's that are not located in the airport. I am not sure why airport outlets must charge a premium for everything but it is what it is. We have a choice to eat or not to eat there, I suppose.

This staff member, Herlin, is very good and helpful. She assists customers in detail when placing orders and provides clear, easy-to-follow guidelines. Herlin is very sincere and dedicated in doing her job. She truly deserves recognition and a good promotion for her excellent service. (Photo of Herlin included in the review.)

I visit here because i am sanrio lover..!! I think there are some special menu in kota kinabalu airport Mc, it will be good to visit here before your plane. Staff are very busy but kind!

It's McDonald's. We all know how that taste like! It has very decent prices compared to all the other restaurants in the airport. But what truly stands out is the service!! Can I give 10 stars for that? There is this amazing staff member who is born for hospitality and custom service! Fantastic! He should train staff from other McDonald's restaurants how to make a difference in customer experience. He welcomes you, asks what he can do to help when you approach the counter if you need something and he gave our kids a treat, after asking for permission from us first. Well done! Best McDonald's experience and that has nothing to do with the food.
